“I bought this course for my horse mad granddaughter as part of her Christmas gift. She found the course interesting and enjoyable and since completion has been taken on as a trainee at a local riding stable.”

“At first I had some trouble with my course not being there when I logged in I emailed the support team and 2 days later I had a response I logged in and my course was there ready for me to get started. The next day I logged in and my module wouldn't Load up so I still haven't got started a little upset but never mind I shall crack on with it now. Thank you.”

“The site is set very clearly and easy to access. The power points are also clear and multiple choice at the end clear. However there were a few incorrect spellings and words on some of the text.”

“They are easy to follow and are available whenever you have that spare 10 mins or 2 hrs. Very informative and the module tests let you know what you have learnt ready for the main assessment. Just signed up for my 3rd.”

“I've written a couple of emails to tech support and the complaints department with my problem, but not heard back from either so now I'm leaving a review. The BSL Beginners and Advanced course, aside from having slides that don't always show the sign you're meant to be learning, seem to have a glitch where if you need to sign out and then return to the course at a later time, then the course material just won't load and will sit buffering continuously whether you refresh the page or log back out and in again. I'm actually sat staring at a loading page which has been loading for 25 minutes now. I've missed out on at least 15 slides of information I've paid for. This has happened on at least four of the units between the two so far.”

Hi there, Sorry to hear you are having technical difficulties - we ten to recommend an updated version of Firefox or Google Chrome as the browsers to access the learning materials. Simply as these tend to be the most efficient for loading materials. Our team have now replied to you, so do check your emails for a more detailed response. “I have just completed TEFL Foundations and it was a very comprehensive course, packed with information. There were a few repetitions of information but this only served to reinforce the material. I opted for the hard-copy certificate and it is a very professional looking document with an imprinted seal, which does not translate into a download copy, so worth buying. I have now done a few courses with Oplex and am satisfied with all of them.”
