“I found the course very useful to study. But I do have one request is that the picture for coffee and tea are changed as they are not the same signs as each other but different and have their own sign as shown in the video, causing me to fail that question. I would also like to point out that these courses cannot help one who wants to become an interpreter as the qualifications are not recognised.”

“Very informative, easy wording. When the course is not in full screen the options for videos are not always shown, but the content is great. Prices are fantastic Might not be the correct place to put this, but I wanted to mention about the wording of one of the exam questions on l3 BSL course Which two words use the same handshape...walk and watch. Although the position of the fingers of the hand are exactly the same, one word means for the hand to be upside down and the fingers to move, therefore I found the wording not quite right for the answer. I did get this question incorrect as I was looking for something a little more obvious, maybe consider rewording the question? Also it would be lovely to be able to do l1 and l2 as one course, I see l1 l2 l3 as one package is offered which is great. Certificate looks very smart, and I've already started the next course!”

“Deal price was great. Easy to follow content. End of module tests were multi choice and relevant to course content. Online so able to study when convenient for me. Given certificate that I could download & print off.”

“I have completed a CPD in Classroom Behaviour Management, the course material was easy to understand learnt a lot and will be using the tips fowarded in the course. “Hi you requested feedback so I hope this helps. I am on my second TEFL course of three that I bought from your site. Overall I have found the courses useful to give me a taster of the topic but I don't feel what is provided has equipped me to take on an ESL class. I have never been able to get the audio to work. I am noting that some slides have been duplicated over the first two courses. I am hoping that the third course, is not just an amalgamation of the previous two! As I have been working through TEFL Foundations and TEFL Professional, I have come across quite a lot of errors relating to spelling and grammar. As this is an ESL teaching course, which itself emphasises the importance of both grammar and spelling being correct; this is detrimental to the professionalism of the course content. If you would like to pay me, I can proofread and correct the courses for you at a decent hourly rate and I'm immediately available! Regards”

“I have done a few courses with Oplex and I am always extremely happy they provide a course that is very useful for a new job role and its affordable, they send you an online PDF for a certificate and transcript and you can also choose to have hard copies. I will certainly be doing more courses with Oplex the courses are easy to do and easy to navigate with easy to follow power point slides.”
