“Very good courses . Will look to do more in the future. Would have been 5 stars but do think that if you have passed your course you should not have to pay extra to receive a hard copy of your certificate.”

“The course I took was informative and interesting but the company should spend more time proof reading as grammar and spelling was poor. Also the information given before taking the final assessment was incorrect.”

“My daughter likes the style of your courses.. its about the only thing she'll engage in. It's been easy to purchase but add her details for log in etc. Easy to stop /restart as wanted .”

“I really enjoy the fact that we can work through the courses at our own speed. However, i have noticed that on one of the course, i start a course unit and then it say return to complete unit and when i exit the main page has disappeared and i need to log into this again.”

“The course was Level 4 Advanced animal care. The business I run paid for this course for a team member to support her CPD requirements. This course does not meet the standards expected of a level 4 course. It might meet entry level or level 1 at a push but certainly not a level 4 advanced. Missing vast amounts of welfare and husbandry, health and behavioural information across taxa. very simple multiple choice quiz at the end to pass the course. The title of this course is very misleading and Employers need to be aware of the true content of this course before employing incorrectly qualified staff which could lead to injury or welfare concerns.”

“1.Scottish social services counsil organisation is the regulatory body for scotland. 2.A service user those who receive the care. 3.All service users should be exposed to the same care opportunities as others. 4.The working together to safeguard children act was passed in 2006. 4.Recognition;Response;Reporting;Recording;Refreal is 5R's. 5.Self esteem can be boosted when a service user is encouraged to act with independence. 6.Codes of conduct deatail the ways in which we should behave. 7.The health and safety act that determine the regulations for working envioroments date is 1974. 8.The employer and workforce is responsible for maintaining health and safety considerations within the workplace. 9.Any injuries suffered in work must be recorded in writing. 10.Thourough risk assesments will reduce accidents and injurie in the workplace.”
