“not happy at all, I have been contacting helpdesk/customer services for the past week and a half and still haven't received a response in regards to my login and course that's not been shown on my account.”

“Course is good, too many theoretical things instead of actual methods. It is more suitable for someone who can learn in their own pace. But customer service is poor. You get nobody when you have an issue.”

“I couldn’t find courses on renewal, I initially booked for gcse English and mathematics, but couldn’t find them, am still unsure whether I renewed the right course. Please constantly send a reminder email to check on progress throughout the year. Otherwise it’s all good.”

“This is a very good course. It is mainly easy to follow. My only gripe is that you have to work out what is should say as there is a lot of spelling errors and incorrect wording in places.”

“Bought first aid for puppies and dogs course.very repetitive information slides .got to module 9 it froze .will try again today to finish it.”

“Very enjoyable course - laid out clear and concise and instructions clear and straightforward too. In order to improve: (Would be good if someone could check spellings and accuracy of some of the slides - I had an answer wrong on one of the tests but my answer was based on what I had read). (Some of the content of the slides did repeat themselves).”

“Course content was a little different to what I was expecting but the process was simple and easy to follow. I ordered a paper copy of my certificate and it arrived fairly swiftly. I would apply for another course with oplex careers in the future”

“Just completed the First Aid For Dogs and Puppies course. Found the information interesting and relevant however some of it was repeated and not in the most systematic order. We also found some of the final assessment questions not to match up to the content we had just learnt, (e.g. claiming Kennel Cough isn't contagious when actually it's highly contagious!) Perhaps the way the questions are phrased should be re-evaluated to save confusion. Thank you”
