“I received my first course that I purchased straight away, it was fantastic! I completed it and purchased 2 more because I enjoyed the way of learning. Neither of them came on my account. I contacted the support team and the added one of the two new courses, I have finished that and haven’t received access to the third”

“Clear and easily understandable presentation of topics bifurcated in slides. Course topics are provided which are mainly focused on fundamentals to make it strong. I definitely recommend everyone who are new and want to enhance their skills or want a change in their field of work to do these certifications which are also very affordable and internationally recognized too.”

“I paid for a Paediatric first aid course on the 25th of April 2020, order number 231882 and I still can not gain access to it. I have already sent one email asking for help but I have had no reply except for this email asking me to write a review.”

“The initial email didn’t provide me with the login so i had to wait a few days which was fine. the lessons are in depth and informative. love it and would recommend to anyone considering accounting”

“Each time I purchase a course I have to email again to get it added to my account. I still await my certificate for a course I completed on 13th April (should take 3 days to arrive). I have chased 4 times and been ignored! The courses I completed advertise approx 70 hours of learning, they took me about 3 hours to complete from start to finish. I know people learn and study at different rates but that is ridiculous! I didn’t really learn anything new. Luckily I didn’t pay full price for any of the courses or I would have been furious! Would not recommend this company for distance learning!”

“I’m really disappointed. I’ve used poles careers for years. I’ve sent loads of emails and called and no response as my course gets to slide 8 and won’t do more as it’s got stuck. Really not on.”

“Presented in easy to follow slides, categorised nicely. Can leave off and pick back up whenever and take it at your own pace. There’s no practical work or practice, but the information given is very thorough with good tips.”
