“I have completed 2 courses and now on my third. They are informative and test your knowledge as you progress through the course. Helpful team and value for money.”

“Each time I purchase a course I have to email again to get it added to my account. I still await my certificate for a course I completed on 13th April (should take 3 days to arrive). I have chased 4 times and been ignored! The courses I completed advertise approx 70 hours of learning, they took me about 3 hours to complete from start to finish. I know people learn and study at different rates but that is ridiculous! I didn’t really learn anything new. Luckily I didn’t pay full price for any of the courses or I would have been furious! Would not recommend this company for distance learning!”

“I’m really disappointed. I’ve used poles careers for years. I’ve sent loads of emails and called and no response as my course gets to slide 8 and won’t do more as it’s got stuck. Really not on.”

“Presented in easy to follow slides, categorised nicely. Can leave off and pick back up whenever and take it at your own pace. There’s no practical work or practice, but the information given is very thorough with good tips.”

“I have passed the Contract Law course and requested my Course Transcript. The fee was paid three business days ago but I still had no response - PDF Transcript has not arrived to my email address despite the fact that I have received the receipt that my order was paid. I cannot understand why the PDF file with the Transcript cannot come for several days.”

“Hi the courses where good maybe aimed more at Americans as some terminology was not clear to understand being British. I found some of the slides slightly out of cinque and they repeated themselves in all 3 courses I took. However the courses where challenging which was good and I have learnt a great deal and it also underpinned knowledge for me”

“I thought that the Feline First Aid course was a bit mixed up and confusing. Some none complete sentences or even none joined up paragraphs. Bit dissapointed to be honest”

“The course content is decent but not something impressive. The whole procedure of purchasing the course is problematic, as the course I purhcased does not appear on my account. Moreover, I have purchased a course transctipt and they send me after the completion of course that I can purchase a course transcipt. They are totally amateurs.”
