“Brilliant course, lots of information and easy to follow system”

“Oplex Careers make me happy because I can add each course I take to my CV. However, Oplex do not appear to have employed any proofreaders - there are so many spelling and proofing errors in this module that I have to read each slide two or three times, rewording as I go along - which detracts from the actual message I'm supposed to be absorbing. If you'd like my help with this, please let me know - I'll be only too happy to help!”

“Got an email about I purchased the course but no follow up email regarding dining on to the portal and requested this info from your contact email system on website and still no reply. Fortunately kept my previous details and this allowed me in. Mrs Gail Johnson”

“I bought a course on December 24th and i stipl haven't received username or password. I understand it's been christmas and new year, so the process might of been a little slower than the "48hrs" I was told. I have emailed this company twice now to find out whats happening and I still haven't had a reply!”

Hi Chelsea, sorry to hear that you did not receive your course over the x-mas period, there was a few bank holidays where our offices were closed. I have double checked and can see that your account was created on the 28th of December (the next working day). I can also see that you have now logged in and are enjoying your studies. “The choice of courses is wide and it is very easy to enrol. Their are always offers on reduced prices for courses and the staff are always very helpful. I have enrolled on two courses and I a happy with everything”

“I have studied quite a few courses with OPLEX Careers now and have never encountered any problems. If I have had to contact them, they have responded and answered any questions promptly and efficiently. I love receiving my hard copy certificates in the post which, I just add to my record of achievement folder.”

“It would have been useful to have had images that matched the text eg when mentioning types of brushes to use on certain dogs that here was an image of that brush rather than a white fluffy dog! Also there should have been some videos demonstrating grooming , cleaning ears etc. Danielle”
