“I bought the course Microsoft Excel 2013 Basic, Intermediate & Advanced Course. It describes it as delivered online through eLearning. It is actually PDF document for each chapter with no video tutorial. It is not clear on the advert. There is a promotion video on that page which misled me to believe there will be video for this course. I have asked for a refund but been refused as I logged in the account. However I wouldn't know there is no video for this course if I didn't log in. I heard nothing back from the company after writing a complaint letter. Not very supportive.”

“It's easy to apply, the course is flexible that fits my schedule of work and other activities. Course cont are easy to follow (read and write notes) and offers lots of support if I do get stuck. And after you finished the course, the course offers exam confidence boosting by giving us lots of attempts for mocks, and also there are end of modules tests to make sure yo understood the modules before moving on. Excellent self assessment course for all.”

“It is a pointless exercise. The courses are basic. Both I completed in an evening. Described as level 3, I wouldn't even describe it as an introduction to your subject. Don't waste your money. Just google the subject you want to learn about, you'll get a lot more information from that”

“I am pleased with the choice of course you offer at such a reasonable price. One thing to improve on the PowerPoint for the course is to make sure the title of the slide comes up before the information it is talking about.Also it would useful to just have one press of the for each point rather than lord of pointless pressing for next information. At times you press for information and nothing appears for a few presses. It would be useful to provide assignment where you are putting the information into practice. By gaining information from your placement/ employment. Looking forward to gaining the knowledge from the courses. Sen course 3 and 4”
