“Bought two courses (Parental Mental Health and Mental Health Support Worker) today. Both subjects had a recommended 30 hours study time. I got through both of them in under two hours with almost full marks. I'm certainly no Einstein and honestly, my 12 year old could do these! Also, many of the questions were badly written and one question in Mental Health Support Worker module, was a multiple choice offering a list of dates with just the question, “Choose the correct date.” Er, for what? What's the question? Not worth the money I'm afraid.”

Hello, thanks for your feedback on the courses. The recommended hours is a guide to the learning hours required and it depends on how quickly an individual can absorb the information. “Hi, I haven't started my course yet but I have purchased last week. The prices are great, the information too, and the diversity of courses it's amazing, but you send too many emails, it's almost like spam - bit annoying. Thank you”
