“The training was very detailed on all aspects of First Aid and provided some medical/doctor background information which was was insightful for an understanding point of view but maybe a bit too detailed for a refresher course. I did feel as a refresher course it took too long to complete online and especially going through all sections and waiting for the sound to finish even though I had read the screen first.”
