“You deliver an excellent service but I was not happy with the training postponed or rescheduled at a very short notice due to the trainer being onwell. You should think on having a back up plan if such a situation was to happen. But Good service in general Thanks”

“Initial contact was great and ongoing support was fantastic. Actual training was terrific and well presented, on time and comprehensive. After the event certificates were sent quicker than advertised. 100% would use again and recommend.”

“The number of phone calls following our enquiry was very excessive. Communication wasn't great, we changed the orginal dates for the course and was told we would be updated once a trainer was secured but this didnt happen. The training itself was good.”
