“Fabulous service, able to track the driver, arrived in good time, very polite and dropped me and my car off safely. I would like a photo if possible that he took of the wheel as I am going to attempt to claim off the council please”

“I had a flat tyre at home, they told me when to expect the service person (BM5) who phoned me on his way. Polite and quick, he also spotted out that my brake pads were worn and brought it to my attention. Very good service.”

“Broke down late on a Sunday evening in London — many miles from home. Recovery vehicle arrived promptly, loaded car onto transporter, and took me back to Midlands (3hrs). Driver took all the hassle out of a very bad situation and was extremely helpful throughout the whole unfortunate experience. Can’t speak too highly of the service from One-Call Insurance.”
