I was extremely disappointed with the way in which my breakdown was dealt with! I called your company to explain the situation, I explained that there was a road closure in the location of my breakdown and that my disabled mother was with me in the car! Both of which was not relayed to the recovery agent! The agent arrived and asked me to open the car which I did he then attempted to open the bonnet and snapped the plastic release handle which came off in his hand , he admitted that it was him who had broken it and that I shouldn’t worry as he had taken pictures! I then asked about the situation with my disabled mother and he said that I would need to call my insurance again,at this point he walked off and said he would need to walk back to where he had parked his van and then return to tow it to the garage. He was gone for over an hour and a half! I called my insurance back to explain the situation and was told that I needed to arrange my own transport for my disabled mother! I took photos of the broken handle and received an answer to say that the recovery agent denied breaking it after admitting to me that it was his fault!! Therefore I am extremely disappointed in your service and the way in which it was dealt with!!

Rang for roadside recovery and they sent the recovery driver to Leeds instead of Birstall. Now the are asking me to pay and excess which I didn't know about and am unable to get in touch to discuss this

The patrol man was very helpful, I had the spare part to fix my car, however he rang his office and they refused to fit the part because I'd already purchased it, so I was disappointed and my car is not fixed

Once the breakdown arrived he was amazing and efficient. The only downside was the 3 hour wait for him to arrive. Also having to report your breakdown online is time consuming, it would be so much easier and less stressful talking to someone who can just sort it for you. When you’ve broken down you just need help as quick as possible not having to fill loads of questions in online.

It took 6hrs to get to me in the freezing cold. The responses were courteous but lacked information. No texts came thru with info. The driver was great very professional and helped enormously when he realised how cold i was.

My recovery driver James was incredible, really reassuring and got me home safe. The caller that handled my call was also helpful but two things; - I was a lone female on the side of the A1 for over 3 hours in a storm waiting for recovery which I understand isn't the fault of the handler but also is an incredibly scary experience. I was told repeatedly it was because of my remote location and the time of night but I was on the A1 and recovery is 24 hours - They wouldn't recover me until I had paid almost £300 due to the distance it would take for me to get home. Luckily I had this available but if I hadn't I would not have been able to be recovered. I pay on time and pay extra for roadside recovery so this is an added extra I wasn't expecting and in the moment only added to my stress and anxiety

I must thank the driver. Who did his best to drive a companys rescue vehicle which badly requires a major overhaul. I highly recommend onecall insurance should consider asking for the maintenance log books to check its service records. He was very close to calling to be rescue himself !!! Especially when he arrived to help me. The rescue vehicle wouldn't go into reverse !!! Blocking the highway when he tried to turn the vehicle around to position the vehicle in front of my van The driver had to stop the vehicle a number of times during our journey back to my home Turning off the engine, pulling the keys out. Then start the process of starting the engine again to try and get the vehicle to reverse !!!! Which is highly dangerous. The driver really did his best to manage a very poor rescue vehicle. This poor driver needed to stop on the hard shoulder on the M25 . Which again is very dangerous, late afternoon in the dark. The rescue v

The mechanic was absolutely brilliant at the roadside and couldn't fault him. However as I already pay monthly was a little shocked at having to pay a £20 fee as well.

LC1 , who I assume was the last person I spoke to was excellent. Professional, enthusiastic, kind … reducing the stress I had felt since the breakdown. His 2 colleagues prior to the call I had with him were not of his calibre.

When he turned up he diagnosed the wrong problem after getting sorted. What he said was wrong with it. I still had the problem there, leaving me quite unhappy so I ended up taking out additional cover from a different place for the future

Pick up not available due to distance from home and time of night - it was around 6pm. I wasn’t able to prebook for the next day but was told to call back anytime after 7am. Having spent the night in my car at a petrol station I called again and was advised that because it was then within garage opening hours they could only take me to a local garage or for recovery to home I’d have to pay anything in excess of £50! This condition was removed when I complained. The people at the call centre were really polite but didn’t seem to be very well informed. Had a relay recovery which was excellent. The two guys did a 5 star job, both really pleasant and I only waited about ten minutes for the handover.

Can’t fault the call centre or mechanic that turned up. His office basically told him to leave me and organise a garage then they would come back and pick me up next few days, even though I was expecting to be taken home with vehicle. Mechanic apologised but he was ordered by his office.

Dean the recovery guy in Norwich was brilliant, very friendly and helpful, arrived fairly quickly and got my car to the garage very efficiently. I would give him 5 stars. HOWEVER the One Call breakdown reporting process is really poor. I had to make 3 separate calls! First one they took my details (everything, name, address, date of birth, car make and model, location, problem) but then they asked me to click on a link they would send me in a text, so they could get my exact location. But the text link took me to the portal, which asked me to log onto the portal, including asking for my password. I am a 62 year old woman, I'm standing on the side of a busy road, blocking traffic and feeling stressed with a poor phone signal. I don't appreciate being asked to log on! Second call they took all my details AGAIN. They asked a few more questions about my location this time, and which garage I wanted to be towed to. Then they said I had to inform the garage and call them back BEFORE they would send a pick up. So I called the garage and then had to make my THIRD CALL to ONE CALL. The irony was lost on me at the time, because by this time I'm frozen and tearful and the guy who's asking me for all my details AGAIN keeps saying he can't hear me because of the traffic and poor signal. The company should change their name to THREE CALS. I would give them 2 stars (the guys on the phone were polite but not really helpful in giving me the run around).

Wasn’t a rescue at all. Sent a guy that didn’t know much about bikes, couldn’t fix the issue. Then said I’m not booked in for him to take my bike home, left after about 10 mins. Waste of time and money

When I was able to log the breakdown on the portal The service was good and car was recovered as promised with 75 minutes. However she trying to log onto the portal at night it proved impossible. I am tech savvy but had log one securely stored on my computer but obviously in the car I only had my phone. A more direct booking over the phone would have been helpful. Also at 10.30 pm I would not have been able to arrange a garage to take my car. Fortunately I limped home and sorted in the morning. Gave it three stars because it worked this morning but last night would have given it no stars!

Waited 2 hrs in the cold, had to call back twice.i was on my own with no heating due to car being stopped. The guys on the phone were excellent and when the guy arrived it was all fixed in 10 mins. But the tome waiting with no contact from anyone was very worrying and scary
