“Could not have asked for a better service, I think the estimated time was about an hour or so waiting time and the young lad was with me within 30 minutes or so .. the fault turned out to be the Battery that had seen better days and at ten years old will be changed for a new one within the next hour of writing this review Again a sterling service from one call and the breakdown team ... Thank you”

“Helpful, had to call out due to car issues, the first, second time the mechanic was very helpful, when it can to the car having to be pick up to be towed to the garage, the guy was late and very rude and grumpy. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because One call and the first two call out”

“Had to call recovery today, Hinton Rescue, was extremely pleased by the speed of arrival, unfortunately couldn’t be repaired so my car was taken to my garage, I had already called ahead so they knew to expect it.”

“One calls response was excellent today, prompt and direct, well done. Woodlands Rescue was absolutely brilliant today. Andy was a complete professional from start to finish. He couldn't do enough to help me out of a bad situation today. The best service I've received in a long time. Well done all, you all saved me today”

“Thank you, your driver/mechanic arrived earlier than expected. He diagnosed the problem, made a temporary repair then followed the car until I arrived at our chosen garage. Very pleased with the service 👍”

“The person I spoke to on the phone was, very polite, helpful , considerate and explained thinks clearly. Break down was recovery was swift arriving 35 mins earlier than I was expecting.”

“Easy to get help online. Only problem I had was my debit card details are on my phone so couldn't use them. Was able to text friend and she paid. I think PayPal would be good idea. Guys were great who came to the car. Fixed battery and advised me to get new one asap. I went straight to Halfords and got one. Many thanks. Edna van der Meer”

“Able assist came quickly about an hr. They rang and the man was very helpful. He was brilliant. My problem is calling One Call 3 times. The first and second call the guy couldn’t wait to finish the call. Was happy for me to be left stranded. It takes approximately 1 min and 9 secs after listening to the lady finish her promotional speech for an advisor to take your call. The third time the guy was helpful and I did mention he actually helped me more than the 2 previous phone calls.”

“Reviewer “From making the call to find out if the problem with my car was covered (as I wasn’t sure) the help to respond, response and the arrival of the recovery guy was second to none.
