“Excellent customer service by somebody who took the time to understand my predicament. After being advised a very exact arrival time (12:36, about an hour after my initial call) and I was very pleasantly surprised when the breakdown truck arrived after only 30 minutes. Breakdown guy was very professional and the car loaded within about 10 minutes of arrival. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service provided!”

“The whole process went smoothly from my initial phone call to the arrival of the mechanic. There was minimal waiting time and the man attending my call was friendly, helpful and efficient with my car then taken to my local garage.”

“Extra cost of £60 for use of skids, due to mechanic unable to release handbrake. Most cars today have electric handbrakes if you have an electrical fault and cannot release handbrake how can that be classed as an extra to the recovery.I felt I was forced to pay for something that was (and should be) part of the normal recovery process. I feel very unhappy and disappointed”

“Used the portal to report my breakdown, simple to use. Kept up to date with progress of recovery vehicle. On arrival the mechanic was extremely helpful and took care of my van and got me on my way. Absolutely no complaints- well done everyone.”

“Amazing ! Reported my breakdown at 8am , by 8.06 I had my phone call to say they would be with me at 9.30 , by 8.50 my van was being put on the truck ! Very greatful for the very quick recovery and the man Andy was very kind and very helpful”

“When my car wouldn't start, I didn't know what to do, so I called the One Call Rescue immediately. Thank goodness I had taken out the Gold cover. The mechanic was with me in under an hour, and got my car going as quick as anything. I have no idea what to do with the bits under the bonnet, so I am so glad I took out this cover. Amazing service from a great mechanice.”

“The two people we spoke to at ‘One Call’ were efficient and friendly. The rescue truck arrived half an hour before expected time and the driver was calm and friendly as were ‘Roberts Tyres’ in Sleaford. Back on the road in just over two hours. Great service all round.”

“Easy to phone then you are pushed to complete a form online despite giving the very same details before. One call should rename itself to one hundred taps. Garage guy Billy from Westbourne was excellent and so quick. All credit to him.”

“I think the drivers name was Ray, I can't be sure and he was excellent. He arrived well within the stipulated time and was just so reassuring and helpful. I felt my car was in safe hands on his vehicle. Keep up the good work.”

“It was so easy to manouver around the app, much easier than I anticipated and straight to the point questions, where are you, post code, or Google location, it took me less than 5 mins to report my breakdown and get an estimated time of arrival from the break down driver. He arrived withina half hour and had me up and running in just a few minutes. A very proffesional and well trained individual.”
