“Today, one call rescue were lovely, professional, calm & very reassuring. From the 2 advisors I spoke to on the phone (when I was very stressed!) to the lovely driver of the rescue vehicle who made a very stressful situation so much better. Thank you all so much . My only criticism (that stopped me giving 5 stars) was the fact that after my initial call, where I explained that I was 69, female, on my own in a vehicle that could not move, in an unsafe position on a bend on a country road with double white lines, with traffic building up, I was told to report details through your portal, details of which would be sent by text. Unfortunately my 'not so smart' phone identified the text as Spam & would not let me open the link. Fortunately I was able to eventually contact my son who towed me to a safe spot & took charge of the situation. Whilst I appreciate that portals have their place, & no doubt help to eep costs down - but in a potentially dangerous situation... really? But all is well that ends well & my car is now at the garage & I am at home, so thank you for coming to my rescue.”

“I had a flat tyre , it was very easy to contact the breakdown service by submitting an online form . The response was quick and they helped me getting my car to be taken to the nearest garage.they even cancelled the first rescue service as I contacted them complaining that the service was going to take too long to reach me . They cancelled and rebooked and the second rescue service was swift . Unexpected breakdown is an awful experience and I am grateful to one call insurance for rescuing me ..”

“Person turned up and used his power pack to start my car. He only let it run for a minute or so then said that's it fine now. Next time I tried to start the car (20 minutes later) it still wouldn't start. Problem has not been solved. I was expecting a recovery vehicle to come and take my car to a garage, not just a jump start that I could have got from a friend or neighbour if I'd asked. Complete waste of time really. Wouldn't recommend euroroute recovery.”

“Phone call was calm and precise, login was easy , text message with eta plus a tracking app of my recovery vehicle. From breaking down to full low loader recovery dropping me to my chosen garage was all done within 1 hour!! Amazingly quick service . Very happy client”
