“The flooring was loaded onto a pallet with great care with extra protection for the securing straps. The delivery was vey prompt. The flooring looks to be very good quality, although this hasn’t been laid yet. Hence only 4 Stars. I will update this review when it’s been laid.”

“Good price and friendly staff. Dropped a star because the delivery was a bit confusing, and came later than expected ( delivery Co had a driver shortage but the no show was communicated with onestop who then couldn't let me know)”

“Chose this place as the flooring I needed was in stock. Very quick and efficient customer support, although not very convenient that One Stop Flooring doesn't provide a tracking number for delivery even on the day of the delivery, I had to be in the apartment the whole day from 8 am till 6 pm and wait, and at the end, it arrived at 7 pm when I was about to leave the apartment as I couldn't get hold of the customer service which closes at 6 pm.”

“I ordered some lion oak laminate flooring to continue through into are kitchen. I need 8 packs price was ok and not a lot of places sell it anymore so I placed the order, unfortunately I put the 8 in the square metres box that means 7 packs so I emailed to explain my mistake and ordered another pack to be added to the order. Due to life's little curved ball I had to change the delivery date twice without any problems and courteous service. Many thanks”

“Really helpful , knowledgeable staff. Floor samples dispatched promptly and final order processed efficiently. Packaging leaves a bit to be desired but product is good quality and the ‘ match ‘ to our existing oak floor is better than expected. Thank you 😊”

“Excellent small (family) run firm with hood follow up and reasonable prices as well as immediate response. Delivered wood promptly and are easy to swap underlay etc with what was not required. Flexible polite and professional”

“One Stop very good, though improvement with haulage partner communication could be improved. Had specifically said I didn’t want delivery before 10th January and needed a mid sized truck for easy access. Delivery actually made mid December, no notice and on a large lorry that the lone driver struggled to offload (packaging not yet removed so can only assume no damage) the pallet from. Pre planned storage wasn’t ready so significant man handling to accommodate this situation after the drop. Driver was excellent though, did his best despite being dropped in it himself.”
