“The ordering process was simple and prices were very competitive. Peter was pleasant and efficient on the telephone. Disappointingly we were not advised of our delivery schedule. The driver called to say he was 30 minutes away whilst we were out for the day. We had to scramble a friend and a family member with a key to visit our house and accept the delivery.”

“Good service from sales team and price was good. Floor looks great. On delivery - for my first order, the delivery did not come on the stated day and instead arrived the next day. For both my first and second orders no time window was given for delivery or call made in advance of when delivery would arrive which was a bit annoying.”
