“One Stop Flooring have provided me with excellent services from start to finish. I used their chat facility and very promptly got a quotation from them at a very competitive price. Within the hour I had ordered the flooring and Reena sent through all the necessary paperwork and confirmed that my delivery would arrive a few days later. The courier company was brilliant and their driver Lee, was very helpful. Thank you for making this a very stress free delivery.”

“Really pleased with the floor and with the outstanding customer service! Fantastic service by all members of the team! The lady in the store is so kind and helpful. Purushottama is very knwodegable and helped us to pick the right floor and Brady is my hero! He went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I havent seen that type of customer service before from any other establishment. It really left an impression on me and my husband.”

“Ordering process was easy and advice given was welcome. My delivery was a day late but I was informed there might be a slight delay so no problem with this. Goods were delivered in full and the delivery driver was helpful and efficient. I have no problems dealing with One Stop Flooring again”
