“The service and behaviour by the delivery firm contracted by One Stop Flooring was appalling (bordering on abusive). They arrived outside of the scheduled time, then said we had no choice but to accept delivery or schedule another appointment, and the driver said we had no choice but to help him offload the vehicle or the delivery would not be made. To keep our building work on track my 75 year old father had to offload the van with the driver, then take the packs into the house. One Stop Flooring's response was to say that they don't take responsibility for their delivery firm's service and they would forward the feedback to the delivery company. After this, no response. Would not roder from them again unless it was clear that they use a different company.”
