“I ordered some lion oak laminate flooring to continue through into are kitchen. I need 8 packs price was ok and not a lot of places sell it anymore so I placed the order, unfortunately I put the 8 in the square metres box that means 7 packs so I emailed to explain my mistake and ordered another pack to be added to the order. Due to life's little curved ball I had to change the delivery date twice without any problems and courteous service. Many thanks”

“Brady provided excellent help and advice at all stages from helping us decide which flooring to choose, making sure we had everything we needed for installation, and resolving some issues with the local delivery company not finding our address.
