“Most pleased with OSF, I had an item damaged in transit but this was replaced with no quibble. Communication via email was quick and very reassuring. A very satisfying transaction and one I would not hesitate to repeat.”

“I use a web chat to start my order witch was very helpful and handy as I got answer for all my questions, then I got the phone from very friendly lady and she took my payments. Delivery was surprisedly quick. Great customer service.”
