“Good price and friendly staff. Dropped a star because the delivery was a bit confusing, and came later than expected ( delivery Co had a driver shortage but the no show was communicated with onestop who then couldn't let me know)”

“Very helpful on phone and price was best . Delivery had to be rescheduled because lorry to big for our street but no problem and product seems to be exactly what it says on the tin. Due to be installed in new year. Purchased now as advised prices due to increase.”

“One Stop Flooring have provided me with excellent services from start to finish. I used their chat facility and very promptly got a quotation from them at a very competitive price. Within the hour I had ordered the flooring and Reena sent through all the necessary paperwork and confirmed that my delivery would arrive a few days later. The courier company was brilliant and their driver Lee, was very helpful. Thank you for making this a very stress free delivery.”

“Chose this place as the flooring I needed was in stock. Very quick and efficient customer support, although not very convenient that One Stop Flooring doesn't provide a tracking number for delivery even on the day of the delivery, I had to be in the apartment the whole day from 8 am till 6 pm and wait, and at the end, it arrived at 7 pm when I was about to leave the apartment as I couldn't get hold of the customer service which closes at 6 pm.”

“Really pleased with the floor and with the outstanding customer service! Fantastic service by all members of the team! The lady in the store is so kind and helpful. Purushottama is very knwodegable and helped us to pick the right floor and Brady is my hero! He went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I havent seen that type of customer service before from any other establishment. It really left an impression on me and my husband.”
