“I received an email with an offer if save £5 when you spend £15. I spent 23.20 and saved £5. However when I received my order there were two items missing (same product) totaling £1.08. I emailed and received saying there had been an inventory error at the time of picking and my missing items would be refunded. But my refund was only £1.08 and not £2.08. I queried this with them and my first email was ignored and the reply to my second email was to say my refund had been processed. My query regarding the refund amount was not addressed. I know it's only £1 but it's the principle. I've unsubscribed from emails, I won't be placing any more orders and I certainly won't be recommending One Pound Sweets.”

the items you purchased were on sale and then you also used a promo code so this is the total cost for both items. you cant expect a full refund when they were on offer and you saved further money with a promo code. So this 1* review I pointless as you were refunded correctly.
