“Unfortunately the wrong colour of pram system was delivered however I cannot fault the company's customer service. They fixed the problem quickly and without fuss. Extremely friendly manner too. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and would highly recommend them.”

“Great service. We ordered the chair which had stayed available by the end of May. We were instantly contacted to inform us that unfortunately it is actually end of June when it will be available for delivery and asked if we would like a refund or happy to continue with our order. We were then contacted when the delivery had been dispatched and on the delivery the (large, heavy!) box was carried into my house for me. The chair is perfect for our baby’s nursery. Thank you!”
