“I always recommend anyone that needs anything for baby to Oliver’s. The attention to detail is second to none and with everything on line now, it’s so good to be able to shop in person and get advice from the really knowledgable, friendly and helpful staff at Oliver’s. No hard sell, great experience, great prices. I recently changed my car and the car seat we had didn’t feel secure, went along to Oliver’s and tried out a new Joie in the car so we had confidence it was fitted correctly. No faffing online ordering to find it was a poor fit and then needing to return. Drove away with the seat feeling confident our grandson was now in a quality seat that was fit for purpose and will last him many years to come. Excellent service start to finish.”

“We already own one of these seats, this was for grandparents car, so we know how good these seats are from experience. The important part was making sure the seat fitted the car well (BYD so unsure of best fit online). The other element was service and customer experience, which we knew we could rely on from Oliver’s. Outstanding in person experience, beats internet shopping any day. Go to Oliver’s for a top service. Also the ability to use PayPal pay in 3 to spread the cost.”

“My experience has been absolutlely first class. Firstky the product - a learning tower - was beautifully manufactured with clear instructions and very easy to put together. What made my experience five star however was the way n which Emma dealt with my enquiry regarding a msiing part. Not only did she reply very politley and quickly to my email but a replacement was sent the same day and I received it via first class post. I will be honest and say that I was expecting a virtual shrug of the shoulders as the part was so tiny but Emma's response was customer service at its finest - exemplary in fact. Thank you so much, I would not hesitate to shop with you in future.”
