We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

We can see your order was dispatched within 2 days of purchase and was shipped on the standard untracked service you selected at checkout. The standard service selected is our slowest delivery option, however we do also offer express and next day delivery if you were looking for something quicker. “Lovely cards however dispatch time was slow. Ordered Wednesday and weren't dispatched until the following Tuesday! Probably wouldn't buy from here again for this reason. But once dispatched delivery by Royal Mail was quick.”

Hi David, Thanks for your review! We can see you selected both personalised and non personalised goods with your order which are processed separately. The personalised cards are made to order and shipped direct from the manufacturers location which is why they aren't sent with the non personalised goods, even if purchased under the same order number. “I am very happy with the quality of the cards I ordered, I like to buy in bulk so I've got a selection at home to pick from instead of buying last minute when I need one. So all the cards are high quality. The only reason I have given 4 instead of 5 cards is that the package arrived exactly 7 days after I placed the order, and this was after the date I needed some of the cards for (so we had to buy different cards from a supermarket). Not only that, but I'd paid for p&p and then I received an email offering free p&p a couple of days after I ordered too. Obviously this isn't a deliberate move but it was annoying for me! I will still buy cards from Ohh Deer, I have been looking for a replacement for Paperchase, and I am happy with the majority of the designs and the quality of the cards that I think I've found that replacement.”

At current we advertise up to 6 working days processing time for orders placed on standard and express, wherein your order was shipped within 3 working days of purchase and delivered with the 2nd class delivery service you selected at checkout. We do however offer a faster service with the Fedex next day which would be recommended if you are looking to receive by a deadline.
