We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

Hi Angelika, Thanks for your feedback! We're very sorry to any disappointment caused by the customs charges that you would have had to pay towards the order. Since Brexit went into effect in January all orders going from the UK to the EU over £20 are subject to customs charges. “Thank you to Ohh Deer for replacing the missing boxes so quickly. Unfortunately, the ones I told you about have never shown up. Thank you for letting me know about the new way to check on what is going to be in the boxes in advance. I do enjoy receiving these, but just occasionally I could probably do without AND save a wee bit of money. How do you opt into this? Having a look on the Papergang website now and can't find it. I'm sure it's staring me in the face.”

Papergang now has a content reveal option that you can opt into to see the upcoming box content in advance of renewal, just opt into this feature and you can view the box content. “Love the Christmas craft packs, I have bought 6 now! Even better at a reduced price and I can get ready for next Christmas. Easy to place an order and delivery within 3 days. The wrapping paper is high quality. Excellent value for money.”
