We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

“The products themselves were good. The boxes inside the package were slightly damaged which is a shame as they’re for a gift. My gripe with ‘oh dear’ is that they always use Royal Mail to deliver and the service where I live is so awful that it takes two weeks to get a 48h delivery, so I can’t order from these guys if I want it in a hurry. Plus I usually have to go to the sorting office to get it myself because they never turn up for any of the arranged delivery dates and I find getting to and accessing the building tricky. I like the products that I’ve had from ‘oh dear’ but I think they need to re-think delivery, this isn’t a temporary problem with Royal Mail, it’s been an issue for a few years.”

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, we are sorry to hear you've had troubles with your local Royal Mail team for deliveries. We also offer FedEx as a carrier you can select at checkout for UK deliveries, so if Royal Mail doesn't work for you, you always have the option choose FedEx instead when placing your order online. “I bought this card for a good friend who, I only recently found out, has a big foot obsession! The card was excellent quality and it was great that it could be personalised inside. I met my friend yesterday and she opened her card early because I was so happy I found it, and she really loved it! It definitely made her laugh.”

“It said it's be there the Thursday before mother's day and it arrived the Wednesday after mother's day.”

Hi Jack, We're so sorry to hear that the card did not arrive in time for Mother's Day. We despatched your order the next day and the fact it took 4 working days is surprising. We're hearing from Royal Mail is was due to the last minute surge in mail in their network due to Mother's Day but even so we are very sorry for the disappointment caused.
