“Took a long time to come. I know it's a busy period but I ordered something from another shop and it came in 2 days. This took more than a week.”

Hi Sophie, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about the delay with your order. We understand how frustrating it is when delivery times don’t meet your expectations, especially during a busy period. We’re working hard to improve our processing and shipping times to provide a smoother experience in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Thank you, The Ohh Deer Team

“Ohh Deer is quite literally my favourite place to buy cards. I love the variation in styles, the quality of the products, the price point, the speed of delivery, the customer service... everything. When another event roles around and I remember that I get to order from Ohh Deer again, I legitimately get a little burst of joy. I hope Ohh Deer is around forever”
