“Absolute appalling of order situation and tracking. Nothing working. Tracking still said “departed hub” and had got no further - the day it unexpectedly arrived. Tracking. STILL not updated now. Terrible.”

We completely understand how inconvenient and confusing it is when tracking doesn’t provide clear or timely information—especially when you're trying to plan for your delivery. While we're glad to hear your order eventually arrived, it's disappointing that the tracking system didn't function properly. We rely on third-party services for this part of the process, but we'll definitely pass this issue on to them and review internally how we can communicate more effectively in cases like this.
