Hi Constantina, Thank you for your review! Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're really sorry there was an issue on delivery, with the goods being left outside by Royal Mail or the courier service. This is something which is out of our control, but we will be sure to log the issue with them. We hope to see you again soon! Thank you, The Ohh Deer Team
