We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

“I have ordered sale cards 3 times now over the last few months and each order has been delivered very quick (within a couple of days). They were well packaged and the cards themselves are of good quality and were a bargain when buying in the sale. I had a small issue with being overcharged for delivery but I emailed customer service and got refunded for that. Would definitely use again :)”

“It took over a week to have a card delivered. So missed the event and never got to give the fathers day card to my husband. Won't be using again. Much quicker service with other online card shops.”

On this occasion we can see you've selected RM 2nd class untracked which is the slowest delivery service we offer at the moment and usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery, as advertised. With your order being placed 3 days before the occasion we would have recommend to choose one of our other service options like RM 1st class or FedEx next day for quicker delivery. We currently offer 2 options to choose from with our personalised cards, add extra envelope or send direct to recipient no extra envelope needed, apologies if this caused confusion at checkout. “This was my first time ordering from Ohh Dear. I ordered 5 cards (3 personalised) so apparently they had to send them separately and charged extra for delivery which wasn’t stated on the delivery info page. Only when I questioned them did they explained and refund. The 3 customised cards were for Father’s Day, I received emailed saying they were posted 9th June and as of today, 17 June (the day before Father’s Day) I still have not received the cards. I’ve emailed them but still haven’t heard back. Very annoyed and disappointed!”

We can confirm that personalised cards are made to order and as such will be made and shipped directly from the manufacturer and not from our warehouse. “I love the fact that artists and designers have the opportunity to put out their wonderful and sometimes crazy ideas. A brilliant platform for them. Ohh Derr has a huge range of fantastic stationary, gifts, prints and of course the many, many, many cards! I have ordered a few times from Ohh Deer and have never had any issues with my orders. Items always exactly as shown on the website and well packaged (with eco friendly materials). All in all an amazing concept and well thought out website.”
