Hi Gemma, We're really sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive in time for Valentine’s Day. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you ordered with the occasion in mind. While we're glad you liked the cards, we’ll continue working on improving our delivery times to ensure a better experience in the future. “Wide ranging website with an excellent variety and good value. Very easy to navigate the website and place an order. Very quick delivery and my cards are top notch. I'm very happy. P S l only had a look at your website after receiving the email from you about the effects of stamp price increase on small businesses such as yours. I hadn't thought about that aspect and was cross about the increases when things are difficult enough. I hope your email has prompted many other folk to buy from you too.”

“Good quality card. Was confused with the delivery information as I was given a tracking number but had no updates. Received it in time though.”

Helpful Report

Hi Jasmin, Thank you for your review! Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Tracking details with a 'standard' service are limited, so consignments are not sent on a fully tracked service so it's not like monitoring an express shipment. The tracking will update once delivered or if an attempt is made, which requires attention. We hope to see you again soon! Thank you, The Ohh Deer Team
