We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

“Better updating of my order status required. Especially around Christmas ordered 11/12 but not dispatched until 22/12”

The advise production time on your T-shirt was 7 working days which was listed in the product description before you placed the order. “This was the first I have ever bought something from Ohh Deer and I really enjoyed how quickly I received my package, even though I live in another country. Ohh Deer was also very transparent about any potential shipping problems that arose which I appreciated, especially during the holiday rush.”

“Good website, very easy to check out with shop pay. Price was okay and nice to have 10% off with first order. Made to order made shipping time a little on the slow side, only downside.”

“Good quality products and lovely designs (I love Gemma Correll!) at consumer-friendly sale prices. Great for casual gifts and stocking fillers at Christmas; my gifts made everyone smile :). My order arrived fast too, thankfully, and left me enough time for gift wrapping. Happy with my first experience, and I'll be shopping with you again.”

“Really good service - I made an error on my order (I shouldn't have tried to do it on my phone!) and contacted Ohh Deer by email to sort it out. They responded quickly and politely, and most importantly they corrected my order straight away - very efficient and helpful. Added to say - there was a clear note to say the shirts would be printed after a specific date (limited edition/special run) so OF COURSE it wasn't posted straight away. The people complaining about this really need to read descriptions and not blame the company for their oversight...”

“Extremely weak performance first and last time I buy something on that site. Nobody expects to wait 16 days for a t-shirt especially if it was meant to be a Christmas gift. I ordered on 12th december and today is the 28th december and it hasn't even left the country. I will not recommend your shop. Greets Rafael Höfler”

“Never arrived - you didn’t even say you had attempted to ship it until 2 weeks after ordering and paying for postage, so you can’t even blame the postage strikes as you didn’t send it”

“Really slow service. My order wasn't dispatched until 13 days after it was placed, and is yet to be delivered. I appreciate the delays regarding Royal Mail strikes so the delivery was out of your control but I'm really unhappy with dispatch taking 2 weeks.”
