We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

“High import taxes and customs duties to Europe that occurred only after the shipment had been sent and the products had been paid. I had to pay €10 for £18 worth of goods. I'm aware that this is not the fault of the vendor/Oh Deer, but I think Europeans should be aware of these costs. Apart from that I had a positive experience with the shop itself as well as the products that I purchased.”

Our team is currently working on a change within our systems to counteract the extra fees that are a result of Brexit, and hope to have it rolled out for our customers as soon as possible. “I always love the merchandise, but also feel compelled to write about the customer service. One of my items in my latest purchase arrived broken. I sent an e-mail with photos to customer service and Blam! I got a response so quickly I couldn't believe it. My replacement appeared a few days later. SO IMPRESSED! Way to go!”

“Great service, the parcel arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I was constantly updated on the shipping process. To bad I had to pay FedEx an extra border tax on top of the price for shipping to the EU.”

“The order to the Czech Republic took a very long time, but I expected it. What made me a little sorry was that I had to pay customs duties. I understand it's not Ohh Deer´s fault - They helped me a lot with my problem (finding my package). The cards are beautiful, the packaging was also beautiful. Thank you :)”
