We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

“The quality of products are amazing. But the delivery and customer service is bad. A week just for your order to get dispatched and late delivery even if you choose next day delivery. When you email customer service they will write to you like its your fault you order.”

Hi Merlinda, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are however very sorry for any disappointment caused by this order. We can see you purchased on March 28th at 10am and your order was dispatched the same day on March 28th at 2pm via the next day service selected. The tracking indicates this arrived with you on the next working day after the bank holiday, however if this is incorrect please let us know and we'd be more than happy to get is sorted for you asap. “Loved my papergang box thank you. Unfortunately only two of the brushes arrived as they were loose in the box I don’t know if it was lost in transit or if it wasn’t added at packing. As the items were part of the weekly deals and were an absolute bargain I wouldn’t want to raise it as a concern.”
