“I was nervous about ordering a hoverboard during lockdown, as worried it would not arrive on time. Official Hoverboard, answered all my questions via WhatsApp within about 10-15 mins of me asking them! They assured me that DPD would deliver the next day. I got an email later that day saying the hoverboard had been dispatched, then another email shortly after saying I would get an hour time slot for the next day. The hoverboard arrived early the next morning! I couldn’t be happier with the service, it makes me question other companies, why can’t they all be like this? Well done for the service! The hoverboard was opened today, and tried out for my 8yr olds birthday! She absolutely loves it!! Recommend the blue galaxy disco hoverboard! She has been listening to her music all day through Bluetooth through the speakers on the hoverboard, whilst zooming around the house. Tonight we attached the cart and she was whizzing round the park! It’s pretty fast! Never heard her get so much enjoyment out of a present! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Well done Official Hoverboard. You nailed it!”
