“Non existent customer service! Quick and timely assistance with sales enquiry but unavailable for customer service enquiry. Product purchased faulty in less than 2 weeks and even with all the reassurances on their website about customer service, as mentioned earlier, it's non existent. It seems as if they've disappeared. When I call the customer service line, someone is literally disconnecting the call and my polite email asking for assistance was also ignored, even though they claim to respond within 24 hours. At this point, I'm genuinely feeling like this company is an elaborate scam. To disappear and become incommunicado like this is very worrying. PLEASE don't give yourself this heartache.”

“Bought for my son and unsure how much use he would get from it. He now goes everywhere on it and is venturing much further afield than he normally would. He takes it on the train and carries it where he cannot ride it. The Dad taxi journeys have now reduced significantly. Absolutely awesome piece of kit that is now used every day. “First impressions on taking out of box is that it is a great looking machine and pretty much all assembled. You simply need to screw in handle bar which takes a minute or two. Then simply charge for a few hours and get ready to have sum serious fun.”
