“The customer service was very disappointing. When I reported to them that there was an issue with my product and it was still in warranty, they replied with I have purposely done this. Furthermore they have stopped replying to me after I requested the price for the parts I need to purchase even though my product is 2 weeks old and still has its 12 month warranty. Very disappointing will not be ordering from here again.”
