“I can’t say how happy we are, Sam from the start made us feel welcome and helped us find the perfect hot tub for our needs. Sam also kept us informed and passed on delivery instructions perfectly for the day of delivery. Dan our surveyor came out and was very professional and explained what we would need to do for the hot tub to be installed in the spot we wanted it to go. Day of fitting was exemplary, Gary the installer came down from Essex arriving earlier than expected. Dan arrived in good time and the set about installing our hot tub. I can not be happier with our install and will be recommending Oasis pools & Hot Tubs (Kent) to everyone we know. Thankyou everyone involved. Paul and Emma Burton”

“My husband and i are very happy with the service we recieved from Dan in the showroom, he was very knowlegable and answered all of our questions. The service from Dan in the showroom to Dan the surveyer and fitter went very smoothly they could not do enough for us , all in all we are very happy with our new hot tub and could not of asked for better service Many thanks Sue & Jim”

“Fantastic service from Daniel and his team. From the minute we stepped into the showroom and went through each hot tub, Daniel's excellent knowledge we decided on our tub. “A big thank you to Dan. I ordered a part that unfortunately the main distributor sent out the wrong part. One phone call (I only made the one!!!!) to Dan and he was on the case. Within a few hours he had resolved the problem, organised a courier to return the part and organised a replacement. He kept me informed at every step and kept checking with the supplier that there was no hold ups or problems their end. The after sales service of Dan and Oasis pools is outstanding and in a league well above anything I have experienced before, I highly recommend them.”

“We had researched on line and chosen our prefered hot tub before visiting the show room, but still went in and met Dan who was super helpfull, answered all our questions and helped us confirm our choice. From then on the order, survey and install went like clock work with everything arranged to suit our prefered dates. The install was not only very smooth but also included comprehensive instruction on how to get the best out our tub. We really couldnt have asked for more.”

“Everything was so easy from start to finish when purchasing our hot tub! First the information about the different tubs was so well delivered we were then able to pick the right hot tub for us! We were kept up today with delivery times at all stages! Delivery was done exceptional and the information about what we need to do to keep the hot tub running was delivered with such knowledge and easy to understand! We had a few issues after the installation which were so quickly responded and resolved, making the service given 5 stars! Would definitely recommend the hot tub and the company!”

“From start to installation the service from Coral and Dan has been first class. Friendly service, expert advice and constant communication saw the successful installation of a Reef Spa. And the ability to phone Oasis for further advice is the icing on the cake. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Having visited several hot tub showrooms locally, we found Oasis to be by far the best option. Coral was able to recommend the perfect hot tub and went above and beyond to ensure installation at our new address in a timely and efficient manner. On the day of installation Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend Oasis.”

“We are thrilled with our new Reef Spa! The service from Oasis was top notch, from the first visit to their showroom (where my daughter & I could get in each tub to find the perfect one for us 😁), to the site survey, to the speedy delivery time to the full installation. Dan even came out the day after installation to check on the spa as I had done something stupid! We have used it every day since. If you're after a spa, I can't recommend this family run business enough, super friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Defo 5 stars from us!”

“An amazing experience, right from the first gleam in the eye visiting the showroom, getting recommendations from Coral, to realisation and basking in the pool and hot tub a year or so later (planning permission issues, not Oasis problem!) Superb and efficient after-sales and maintenance service too. Thanks so much to you all, Coral, Dan, Siân and Sam - I feel you have become firm friends.”

“Really struggled with the pool this year, everything we tried wasn’t working!! Took a sample of water to a very helpful lady at oasis, she tested the water told us what we needed and sold us the products to solve our problem pool. This was yesterday and no longer green😬 couldn’t be happier with the service . Today we are hoovering then putting in the The relax stabilising tablets which will take the cloudiness away . Thankyou so much oasis . One happy costumer.”

“I arrived to a woman sales standing at the top of the stairs assuming a ratherer indignant approach toy arrival, she was unable to demoint the stairs to assist andanaged to point but appeared reluctant for me to look at any of the items on show, that also had no prices. Absolute abismal customer care, after a covid pandemic I imagined everyone would be placing emphasis on customer care and service, however I suggest if you want this, don't shop here.”

Hi Deborah, We're really dissapointed to have recieved our first negative review, but more importantly we're gutted that you've left our shop feeling you've not recieved our usual 5* service. The reason we sometimes stand on the stairs is to allow our customers to freely move around the store whilst maintaining social distancing. This is for your safety and the safety of our staff during the pandemic. We appreciate that this may have come across as standoffish (especially as you can't see our usual smiles behind the mask!) and will make sure we explain this to our customers in future to avoid any confusion. We do have display prices on the information stands for our hot tubs, and price lists available for the pool and hot tub supplies. Please accept our apologies that this was not clear. We'd love to invite you back in to the shop sometime to discuss what we can improve on, and hope you'll give us another chance to show you we care deeply about our customers and the service we provide. “So I ordered in June 2020, after a visit to the show room no forced sale pitch, plenty of information I ordered the tub for us, due to COVID big delay however Coral emailed me and updated me all the way. My lovely tub arrived today 10th feb 2021 great service, instructions, perfect planning. I feel fabulous knowing I have a local company giving me support, and after care for years to come. Thankyou so much Rachel Holden”

“The process of dealing with Oasis was pleasant and easy from start to finish. We knew Coral from previous visits to Oasis for chemicals and cartridges for our old Spa, so when it was time to replace it, we went directly to her. We purchased our Spa during the early stages of the Pandemic - the shop was open by appointment only and they made a conscious effort to be Covid safe without denying us the ability to look at the options available, which was great. While we waited for our Spa to be delivered, Coral kept us updated with progress and put us in touch with Dan who carried out the site visit, installation and any maintenance work down the line. The team are very friendly and knowledgable, they were always able to answer any questions and nothing was ever too much. Thanks guys - Jackie’”
