I can’t say how happy we are, Sam from the start made us feel welcome and helped us find the perfect hot tub for our needs. Sam also kept us informed and passed on delivery instructions perfectly for the day of delivery. Dan our surveyor came out and was very professional and explained what we would need to do for the hot tub to be installed in the spot we wanted it to go. Day of fitting was exemplary, Gary the installer came down from Essex arriving earlier than expected. Dan arrived in good time and the set about installing our hot tub.
