We had researched on line and chosen our prefered hot tub before visiting the show room, but still went in and met Dan who was super helpfull, answered all our questions and helped us confirm our choice. From then on the order, survey and install went like clock work with everything arranged to suit our prefered dates. The install was not only very smooth but also included comprehensive instruction on how to get the best out our tub. We really couldnt have asked for more.
