A big thank you to Dan. I ordered a part that unfortunately the main distributor sent out the wrong part. One phone call (I only made the one!!!!) to Dan and he was on the case. Within a few hours he had resolved the problem, organised a courier to return the part and organised a replacement. He kept me informed at every step and kept checking with the supplier that there was no hold ups or problems their end.
The after sales service of Dan and Oasis pools is outstanding and in a league well above anything I have experienced before, I highly recommend them.
