“Very bad customer service. I had £79 taken from my bank account. I phoned customer services , due to having issues with my subscription, which limits me to a very few articles. I tried logging out then in again, for my subscription to work. I tried to access the CPD zone, and says it’s for subscribers only not registrants. I called customer service today, and they said they will email me back, to address the problem and they did not bother. I think I am going to cancel my subscription, as I have had enough of the poor customer service, it is a mess. £79 is a lot of money if you are struggling to read articles. I am very disappointed with the subscription, and expect better. I thought Nursing Times was a reputable magazine, but it is clearly not.”
