“After being badly let down by another company you have restored my faith that some companies can deliver GREAT CUSTOMER service. I ordered my item on a Thursday at lunch time and the product arrived the next day to the Highlands of Scotland! (it did however cost more for delivery because we live in the highlands, which was the only downside)”

“I bought a new kayak from NS Watersports, after a quick email to check stock i arrange to pick up from the store. Due to work commitments I was unable to pick up for a few days, No problem for NS and advised me of late night opening wednesday so I could pick up after work! Excellent Service and no BS, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks Again”
