“First purchase from NS Watersports, pleased with price and product. Upon opening box there was an item missing. Emailed NSW who immediately contacted me, rectified the problem with replacement. Very impressed with Jess.”

“I am very pleased with the quality and price of the purchases I made from NS Watersports, although the product delivery time was not as good as it could be. Standard Royal Mail delivery took 4 working days from when ordered. However 2 rival companies who I also ordered gear from both delivered within 1 working day by Royal Mail.”

“Excellent Bouyancy Aid and fleece shorts... Confusion over delivery but all good now... Communication was excellent from the team. We all realised the issues and it got sorted quickly. Excellent service I'd easily use again.... Regards and thanks in advance...”

HI David, Many thanks for your order and review. Firstly, please accept my sincerest apoloiges for the service you have received from our delivery company, the goods should have been delivered to you on friday. I have never known a customer to be asked to pay for a redelivery, this should always come to us first being the account holder, and they should at least attempt to deliver 2 or 3 times. Please let me give them a call tomorrow (Monday) when I can find out what is going on with your delivery and get back to you ASAP. Once again, please accept my apologies for the hassle and inconvenience this has caused. Best regards Kevin
