“I called to confirm availability of a VE carbon Fara sea kayak paddle before ordering online. Jess was friendly and helpful, she emailed me the DPD tracking info and it arrived the next day. Excellent communication and fast delivery, thank you kindly.”

“Dry Bag for Keys & replacemnt drain plug for Wavesport Disel. Arrived quickly and costs resonable. Not yet used in anger but look well build and good waterprrof seals. Bung easy to fit but again not yet used as not yet been back on the river to confirm if its stoped the ingress of water throught my drain hole.”

“Quick delivery. Good quality Drysuit and shoes. The Typoon Hendra drysuit, fits well. I got Astral water shoes, git a size bigger than I wear which fits well with the drysuit.”

“Had a slight hiccup with our delivery but Kevin sorted out a next day delivery which arrived just in time for our trip so I would definitely order from here again because of the great customer service. I ordered a couple of PFDs and wet shoes and they all fit perfectly and look great! Thanks again team NS 👍💪”
