“My order was a bit of a emergency rush job as going away kayaking. A slight delay in my order as it was out of stock caused me a panic but after phoning NS Watersports & explaining I cannot fault their customer service. They changed method of delivery to ensure it arrived on time.”

“The guys in the shop REALLY know what they are talking about. As the shop is by a watersport facility they essentially 'do what they know'. You're in great hands in terms of advice and help if you've never tried watersports before. My husband and I spent ages in the shop asking and questioning as we wanted to try something new together. We bought 2 kayaks with gear and we have been out a few times and absolutely love it! The guys give you the confidence and sound advice to stay safe and try something new. You can also hire and have lessons before you buy. What more could you ever want? Well done NSW!”

“These folks were great to deal with. Very prompt dispatch, great communication (had a personal email from the Retail Manager to let me know my item had been sent) and the item made it across to the other side of the world in great shape. I will definitely be buying from them again. They have my highest recommendation.”

“Your service was excellent, ordering easy and goods arrived almost immediately. Product was not what I was after as I was looking for a dry bag to store a few clothes in at the beach, when the 3L was too small I wrongly assumed the 5L would do the job. But the 5L is a longer bag than the 3L and not a bag that is wider that I really wanted.”

“My order was dealt with promptly and I have used the kayak seat for the first time yesterday and it appears to be OK. I am a bit concerned about its durability and hope it will survive the rigours I put it through when normal kayaking”
