“I placed an online order for a Man's Boss sweater at a very good price. Ordering the normal size I was disappointed when this "telaxed' fit turned out to be enormous. The delivery was very prompt so I decided to ring the Wilmslow retail centre. The two gentlemen I spoke to were extremely helpful and courteous. I have returned the sweater and they have put a smaller one aside to send me on receipt of my parcel. Obviously I haven't got the end of the story but I am in no doubt that it will have a happy ending. Would definitely use this company again and have no problem highly recommending them.”
