“Booked a next day repair. They called the following morning to apologise they couldn't attend as their engineer was sick. Rebooked for a day later between 12.00-14:00. Engineer called at 13:29 to say was running late. Message at 15:42 will arrive in 12 minutes. Never turned up.”

“Firstly I requested an invoice so I hope that will be sent? Secondly he wasn’t very able and kept puffing and panting and complaining about pushing the washing machine back in its place .... I told him that I had pulled it out AND pushed it back 3 times when trying to fix it myself and was he now seriously suggesting leaving it so that I did it myself when I am frail, thin and 70 years old! Thirdly when I paid the bill on my card he asked me for extra money for himself. I don’t think that’s very professional and I told him it was inappropriate to ask for money on a job”
