Called to arrange a repair man to repair my dishwasher. Man turned up, I told him the Error code was F14, the repair man without even opening the dishwasher says ' Oh you need a new pump'. I challenge him and ask him if he wanted to just hear the noise etc. His answer was both arrogant and patronising - ' I have been mending dishwashers for over 25 years!' He left asking me for £48 which I obviously had to pay. I then had to call Appliance Centre North London 2 times to chase the part, each time I received a curt and rude response saying that they could not locate the price yet. Thank goodness since I then called out a very reputable repair company ( whom I should have contacted in the first place) who actually opened the dishwasher and proceeded to remove an olive stone which had become lodged in the pump. And the machine was working again. I called Appliance North LondonCustomer Services to complain and of course no 'manager' has come back to me. A terrible experience - unprofessional and tantamount to negligent behaviour by the repair man. The least the company could do is refund the £48.

The worst service you can get. Very rude customer service that says offensive words, avoid answering your calls and emails to follow up on a simple report, no management to speak to or look after your concern. Take your money for job not done!

Called to ask if they could repair my oven. He said £80+vat and parts. I asked did they know if they could repair the fault and he said charge is £60+vat to check even if they can’t. Then put down phone on me.

Super pleased. Repair man came next day, despite waiting times for other companies being 8-10 days. Man was friendly and competent and knew immediately what the problem was. Stayed calm when we had to take down the dryer from top of washing machine. He got and installed broken part straight away. So very happy indeed.

The repairman was unbelievably rude and condescending. He arrived well outside the appointment slot on both occasions and was dismissive and rude when I asked about the charges. He said they were set by the office and nothing to do with him. He treated me like a "little woman" who didn't understand these sort of things. I found him intolerable and not a man I wanted to be alone in the house with. I will only call them again if the item breaks while under their guarantee. They also used an app to estimate how long your wait will be which was only location based so it told me how far away he was geographically which is of little use if he was still due to spend hours at his previous appointment. When I messaged to ask for an updated eta, which was a service offered on their chosen app, he chose not to respond. My advice is to steer clear of this company!

RUDE STAFF. I never booked an appointment with this company but received a text so I called to cancel. And the person on the phone said yes I’ll cancel it very abruptly then just hung up without letting me even finish talking. I called back as I wanted confirmation of this to show my landlord and the same person shouted down the phone saying it’s cancelled what part of cancelled don’t you understand? And all I wanted was a confirmation message to say this. Disgusting rude customer service, sort your staff and manners out.

Original email to book an appointment for a repair wasn't responded to so called and booked via phone. Engineer arrived on time, was polite and professional. Very efficient, washing machine fixed in good time. Pleased with the service overall.

super unprofessional sent an email saying the appointment would be booked at a specific time, nothing happened we waited in and no one showed called them and they said they had not confirmed the booking and they are fully booked for the next three weeks charletans avoid

I wouldn’t bother!! I just phoned to arrange a repair and some bloke answered, could barely understand him outside of “No no no...” I hadn’t even started past hello then hung up the phone on me!! Pretty dodgy and best avoid making that call. Plenty of other people who need the work.

Hung up on twice when asking about service advertised on website. I can understand that service are limited during covid but being hung up on is not great services. I will not be recommending the telephone customer service option number 4 to anyone in my family or buiness.

Hi Shareef, You called 3 times in less than 10 minutes and each time we replied with the same answer that we currently don't cover that service in your area. Not sure why you needed to call multiple times and ask the same question! The services are subject to availability and areas.
Fantastic service today. I had to change my appointment time twice in the space of an hour and Appliance Centre obligingly re-routed their engineer. The problem was diagnosed speedily, fixed and the washer/dryer tested. The engineer was knowledgeable, polite, tidy and went the extra mile to make sure the fault doesn’t occur again. Highly recommended.

I would recommend Appliancentre any day. Mr. Saman was very professional, polite and efficient. He fixed the problem with my washer dryer and explained to-dos and not-to-dos clearly. I feel confident to say that my appliances are in safe hands!
